Earn 25% Recurring Commissions with Whapi

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Whapi Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and a sustainable partnership.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 25% recurring commission on referred customers. Commissions are calculated only on Whapi subscription plans. Usage fees (including WhatsApp API fees paid to Meta) are not included in commissions.

Example: If a merchant pays $16.99/month for Whapi, your 25% commission is $4.24/month based on that amount only.

3. Commission Eligibility

• Commissions are earned only on successful, paid subscriptions
• Commissions are valid while the referred customer remains active and paying
• Free trials or unpaid periods do not generate commission
• If a referred merchant uninstalls the Whapi app, the affiliate is permanently unassigned from that merchant. No future commissions will be earned on that merchant, even if they reinstall the app at a later date.

4. Getting Paid

Once your affiliate account reaches a minimum of $30 in commissions, you'll be eligible to request a payout from the Whapi team.

To receive your earnings, submit a payout request through your Mantle dashboard and email a valid invoice to info@usewhapi.com. Submitting an invoice is mandatory. Payouts will not be processed without a valid invoice.

Please note: Whapi processes payments exclusively via direct bank transfer. Alternative methods such as PayPal or Payoneer are not supported. Any applicable transaction fees, bank transfer fees, or currency conversion charges will be deducted from the payout amount. The affiliate receives the net amount after all fees.

Whapi is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking systems, or third-party services.

5. Attribution & Tracking

• We use tracking technology (cookies and/or fingerprinting) to attribute referrals
• Attribution is granted to the last valid affiliate link clicked
• Tracking accuracy is not guaranteed in all cases (e.g. cleared cookies, device switching)

The Whapi Affiliate Program is managed and tracked through Mantle, a third-party affiliate management platform. All referral tracking, commission calculations, and attribution are handled by Mantle's systems. Whapi is not responsible for any errors, miscalculations, tracking failures, data discrepancies, or technical issues arising from Mantle's platform. Affiliates agree that Whapi bears no liability for any problems related to the third-party affiliate management system, and any disputes regarding tracking or commission calculations must be directed to Mantle.

6. Affiliate Link

Once your application is approved, you'll receive a unique affiliate link that directs visitors to the Whapi app on the Shopify App Store. This link includes your referral ID to ensure every merchant you refer is properly tracked.

Important: Always use your affiliate link when promoting the app. Only referrals made through this link will be tracked and eligible for commission. Manual referral claims via Mantle will not be accepted.

7. Allowed Promotion Methods

You may promote Whapi using:

• Content marketing (blogs, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok)
• Social media
• Email marketing (only to opt-in lists)

8. Affiliate Program Restrictions

To ensure fairness and protect the integrity of our affiliate program, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals: Earning commissions on your own purchases is not allowed and will be considered fraudulent. Such commissions will be reversed.
• Coupon and deal sites: These are not eligible for participation in the program.
• Unauthorized use of our brand name:Affiliates may not register or use domain names that include "Whapi", or any direct variations of our brand name.
• Brand bidding in ads: Running paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Search or Display Ads) using our brand name or close variations is not permitted unless explicitly approved through a mutual agreement.
• Unsolicited email marketing: Purchasing email lists and sending mass marketing emails is not allowed.
• Misrepresent Whapi features or pricing
• Use fake testimonials or misleading claims
• Impersonate Whapi or act as official support
• Use fraudulent or deceptive methods to generate referrals

Violation may result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.

9. Refund Cases

If a refund is issued, the associated affiliate commission will be voided and not paid out.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Whapi Affiliate Program is offered on an "as-is" basis with no guarantees of any kind. Whapi makes no representations or warranties regarding the continuity, availability, or future existence of the affiliate program or any commission payments.

Whapi reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to:

• Modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the affiliate program at any time, with or without notice
• Cancel, withhold, delay, or adjust any pending or accrued commission payments for any reason
• Change commission rates, payout thresholds, or payment terms at any time
• Revoke affiliate status and void all unpaid commissions without obligation

Affiliate payments may be affected or discontinued in cases including, but not limited to: business closure, restructuring, acquisition, or sale; loss of access to company operations, systems, or payment infrastructure; significant unforeseen costs, financial constraints, or revenue shortfalls; changes in third-party platform policies (including Shopify or Meta); any events beyond our reasonable control.

By participating, affiliates acknowledge and accept that commissions are not guaranteed income and are entirely dependent on the ongoing operation, viability, and sole discretion of Whapi. Affiliates have no legal entitlement to any unpaid commissions. Whapi's total liability under this program shall not exceed the amount of commissions already paid to the affiliate in the preceding 30 days.

11. Termination

Whapi reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to:

• Suspend or permanently terminate any affiliate account at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without prior notice
• Withhold, cancel, or claw back any commissions, whether pending, accrued, or previously approved, in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, policy violations, or any other reason Whapi deems appropriate
• Terminate the entire affiliate program at any time without obligation to pay any outstanding or future commissions

Upon termination, all rights granted to the affiliate under this program cease immediately. The affiliate must stop using all Whapi-related promotional materials, links, and branding. Whapi shall have no further financial obligations to the terminated affiliate.

12. Changes to the Policy

Whapi reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this policy at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. It is the affiliate's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If an affiliate does not agree with any changes, their sole remedy is to withdraw from the program.
